Needed to purchase a vehicle over the telephone from out of State. Most Dealers will offer a teaser price and take a deposit, but when you arrive to complete the purchase the negotiating starts all over aga of State. When the car arrived, everything was exactly as promised - Except Chris was able to find an even LOWER finance rate than originally promised. More
