My experience was average. The only two things I was disappointed in was that the dealer's add on were not negotiable period. These items were overpriced and I did not ask for them- like wheel locks, car mats, and some type of light system under the dash. I was wanting to negotiate price but was told no. I was also disappointed that the finance department could not give me a better interest rate of 6%, when I have excellent credit, stating they had no dealer incentive for the model I was buying only other models.
