I LOVE Mini Ramsey and all of the staff. I would love to move on from the countryman to a convertible in the next few years, however, I hate some of the features on the newer models. The rib I would love to move on from the countryman to a convertible in the next few years, however, I hate some of the features on the newer models. The ribbon on the steering wheel is ridiculous, I hate that the round headlights were changed, and the fabric and print on the door and above dash is so ugly! I’m holding out for next year when they hopefully get rid of some of the ugly design features. I do love the new fun colors though. More

Mini Service Center has always been helpful and accommodating. Sean was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with not one, but two flat tires which happened within days of having the first tire re accommodating.
