This time the NY dealerships changed the excess wear policies they were offering and that made it impossible for me to lease from Mini of Manhattan, so I turned, happily to Ramsey again. The advertisement indicated that the car came with a 5 year warranty. however, that 5 year warranty started when the car was first purchased. In this case, the vehicle was a 2017 model but only had 2 years left on the warranty. the can be made much clearer when advertised. Everything else was very satisfactory. More

Thrilled First Time Buyer! I am writing this letter to let you know about the WONDERFUL buying experience I had at Mini of Ramsey. I have owned a BMW, several different models, I am writing this letter to let you know about the WONDERFUL buying experience I had at Mini of Ramsey. I have owned a BMW, several different models, for over 20 years. I always went back to BMW, mainly because of the reputation, but most of all because I never had a problem whether it be buying, leasing or servicing my vehicle. As my daughter is grown now and not requiring my chauffeur services, I started my search for a Mini, something I have wanted for a few years. I began searching online and then made an appointment with Ruby King. She was wonderful from the very first time we spoke on the phone. She took her time and explained the differences in the models, made me test drive a few different ones so that I can feel the differences and see all of the options, and then went over my options of financing. In a word, she was AMAZING. When I was ready to make my decision, COVID hit and everything was stalled. She followed up with me and kept in contact. Unfortunately, my father passed away during COVID, so I obviously lost my interest in doing anything else but healing. She was extremely understanding and assured me that when I was ready, she would find my car if the one I loved was no longer available, and she did! This past Saturday I picked up my Mini Cooper S. It was by far, the BEST buying experience I ever had. There were no surprises, everything was ready for me, and the business manager, Videsh Ramdass (“V”), was also just wonderful. After I signed all of my paperwork, which was ready and went very quickly, Ruby was extremely patient and went over every nook and cranny of the car. Additionally, the car was impeccably clean when I arrived. In fact, Ruby even went so far as to take my BMW X1 next door for me and turned it in, which also saved me time and was greatly appreciated. I am so thrilled with my Mini! It was the best decision I made, and I really cannot say enough about Ruby, Vee and your staff at Mini of Ramsey. I will highly recommend your dealership to my friends and family. More
