We all played our position. But when the "ball" was passed to the dealership, they were missing paperwork... That sort of inconvenience should be footed by those responsible for the mistake. More

Ruby is simply put, AMAZING! She is not just a great salesperson,with all that entails,(engaging, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough), but is an amazing person in general. She is caring and genuine. She really cares about making your experience totally awesome and after the few hours we spent with her, over the course of the entire process, we feel like we've made a new friend. She is a credit to not only Prestige but Mini Cooper as well. We would be remiss if we didn't say that Videsh Ramdass was also great in taking us through the leasing process and paperwork to finalize the deal. So to summarize the entire experience, 10's across the board! And Ruby truely is "King"! I know that's corny, but it's true and I couldn't resist. BTW, we leased a JCW 2dr convertible, it's awesome! She went over all the options with me clearly, without making me feel overwhelmed or coerced into getting extra protection I didn't feel I needed.
