I have been coming here since 2023 when I purchased my first new vehicle from Heritage Mazda Towson. Today I purchased my second new vehicle from them because my experiences here have always been excellen first new vehicle from Heritage Mazda Towson. Today I purchased my second new vehicle from them because my experiences here have always been excellent. Barry Williams the Service Manager is fantasic and is the big reason I purchased here again. But also today the process to purchase was easy, no pressure and smooth. David Dowd the General Manager jumped in to assist me and made me feel very comfortable in the process. My salesman, Rudy Raley was patient and took his time and let me go at my pace during the buying process. And finally John Demartino the Business Manager was thorough, no pressure and made the contract process very comfortable. This truly is a great place to buy a car. It can me a dreaded process, but not here. This group I dealt with today made it seemless! Thank you all! More

Rudy was responsive and a pleasure to work with for our seventh car mpurchase from Heritage Mazda Towson. The finance person,, Ben was less than cooperative and I give him a 0 star out of five. I was told seventh car mpurchase from Heritage Mazda Towson. The finance person,, Ben was less than cooperative and I give him a 0 star out of five. I was told by Dave the General Manager, when I called to voice my displeasure about Ben, that he (Dave) wanted to make it right with us and to give him three hours to do so. That was two weeks ago and I’ve yet to hear from the General Manager. The Service Department was outstanding when I brought the car into get a dent removed and I would work with them in a heartbeat. Rudy and Service Department were 10/10, Ben (Finance Guy) 0/10 and Dave the General Manager is a 6/10. More

Rudy and team were great! There was a minor scuff on the bumper and they repainted it for us before we got on the road.
