Well a sorry is not r eally adequate. I want my car checked by someone else at the dealership to see if i did really get a 60 k work up. By the fact that i had to bring it back to do the thing that was most visible, why would they do the rest of the stuff I cant even check. I feel as if I was duped by slick talk and no service. And My radio error proved that.

I wrote back to you requesting rhat the only thing that would remedy my disatisfaction is that you have my car checked by another mechanic to see if a 60k workup was really performed on the car. As i have said before from my evidence it seem i was given a regular oil change and tune-up which wasnt the reason I was there. I am beginning to believe I might be forced to take my car eelsewhere to determine if i in fact recieved the service I paid for and if not you would have to refund me my money. Please respond to me so we can settle this problem as soon as possible. Thank you Patricia Rambert
