Terry was fantastic throughout the process, he answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I pretty much knew what I wanted before contacting them. Luckily Continental had the color and trim I was looking for. When I got my loan I packed up the wife and headed over to Continental to do one final test drive and pick up the car. The dealership was extraordinarily busy that Saturday, but all of the employees were helpful and polite even though the showroom was nearly full and customers were everywhere. I had my previous car for 12 years that I bought at Continental Acura so it's been a while since I've been through the process. Terry and Rudy walked me through the whole thing and made it very easy. Thanks for the great and easy experience! More

I went to multiple dealerships searching for my car, and most dealers I dealt with were either very pushy, or didn't seem to care about what we wanted. Rudy never pressured us. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us every step of the way. I will definitely go back to Continental Honda for all my future car buying needs. More

He was courteous, respectful, helpful, and didn't push us to discuss the price until we were ready. When we were ready to negotiate he was open, fair, and honest and worked hard to earn our business. In addition, everyone at Continental Honda was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. When the color we wanted on our vehicle wasn't immediately available, the General Manager called to assure us that "finding cars is what we do" and even scheduled a pick-up date for the next day, before they had located a specific vehicle. Finally, my wife picked up the vehicle by herself and was nervous about how she would be treated (she's had terrible experiences with car salesman in the past). She had a great experience, was treated with respect, and was out of the dealership within 45 minutes. Her experience speaks to the quality customer service across the entire dealership. If you're going to buy a Honda and you live within an hour of this dealership I strongly strongly recommend you start your search here.
