Great Teamwork and Service We recently bought a CRV from Continental Honda which is our fifth car from this dealership. What keeps us coming back is the outstanding service and We recently bought a CRV from Continental Honda which is our fifth car from this dealership. What keeps us coming back is the outstanding service and teamwork especially in the service department. Everyone has been helpful, but Brian O'Rourke has gone above and beyond on many of our service calls. For this recent purchase, we came in without an appointment to see Rudy Lika, but he was unavailable while he helping another customer. Jim Laudonckas stepped in and set us up for a test drive and did an outstanding job of answering all our questions and showing us features of the car. We liked the car and worked with Joe N. so we could close the deal. After the deal was closed(30 minutes after closing time), Rudy came back and showed us more features of the car. Great service and great teamwork. More
