Mel Hambelton had a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. We went in unsure about which model of vehicle we were looking for. Mel Hambelton’s employee Rudy took the time to show us all the differ atmosphere. We went in unsure about which model of vehicle we were looking for. Mel Hambelton’s employee Rudy took the time to show us all the different options, let us test drive anything we were interested in, and answered all our questions. We were not pressured to rush into anything though out our whole car buying process. Buying a car is not always quick and easy but with the help of Rudy it felt like just that, quick and easy. Every concern we had was met with an immediate assistance. Rudy made us feel comfortable and confident thought out the whole process.
