He was very patient in explaining everything to me, even when I had to ask again later because I forgot! When I asked him questions after the fact I mentioned that I got a rock chip in my windshield. Within 5 minutes he had someone calling me to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. These two make a great team and are invaluable assets to Mel Hambelton Ford.
