Rudy made this car-buying experience the best I’ve ever had! He was kind and personable as well as knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question with patience and he went out of his way to make s had! He was kind and personable as well as knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question with patience and he went out of his way to make sure this whole process was a comfortable one. He worked on the deal himself the entire time instead of passing me off to anyone else (until it was time to sign all of the stuff, which is understandable...) and he made sure that I was comfortable with all the numbers and of course, with the car itself. Ordinarily, searching for and then buying a car is not something I enjoy and usually dread. However, as I mentioned earlier, this car-buying experience with Rudy was the best one I’ve ever had! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rudy to anyone in the market to buy a car...and I have already told several folks about my fabulous experience! Thank you so much Rudy!! (Also—the guy who helped me at the end of the sale that helped me pair my phone, etc...was also very personable and did a great job answering all of my questions!). More

Rudy exceeded all my expectations. When I arrived he had already selected vehicles that he thought would fit me and my family based on my information. He stayed within my limits and stuck by my side through already selected vehicles that he thought would fit me and my family based on my information. Rudy and Mel Hamilton Ford were wonderful. Rudy does not try to pressure into a sale he listens to what you want. It was a very pleasurable experience. Everyone form sales to delivery were so nice.
