The staff at Mel Hambelton Ford, especially Rudy and Paul Gonzales (who pitched in while Rudy was with another customer), were phenomenal. They are very kind, attentive, and have mastered relationship management with their customers. Every employee we met was kind and helpful, but these two guys are exceptional.
