I bought my 2023 Jeep Wrangler from Hollywood. They promise you everything to buy the car and then blow you off. When I first got my new car the roof leaked they were too busy to fix it. They looked at it and said they would replace it in 2023 but blamed covid that they couldn't get the seat and to be patient. After about 100 phone calls and text messages it is now 2025 and they now refuse to fix it even though I have all the saved correspondences from the previous Hollywood jeep employees. Finally when I gave them a bad review they said the seat was in. They promise you a loaner car but then tell you they have none to give you. When I went to have the seat installed I thank god asked to see it first because I didn't trust them after a year and half of getting the run around. They tried to give me a used filthy seat with a puncture in it that must of came from a totaled car. I will be contacting the better business bureau!! More

My experience at the dealer was fair. What came after was aweful I have had my Car now for a year. I work at at Dealership myself. The general manager at the time helped my with my purcha What came after was aweful I have had my Car now for a year. I work at at Dealership myself. The general manager at the time helped my with my purchase due to the fact I was in the business. the Nightmare begins after purchase when my trade in was not payed off for 3 months. NOT 1 CALL FROM FINANCE TO LET ME KNOW THERE WAS A 40$ DIFFERENCE IN THEIR PAY OFF NUMBER AND ACTUAL PAYOFF AMOUNT.... The credit union sent back the payoff check with instructions to the dealer to send correct amount and noone thought to reach out to me to either pay the 40 dollar difference or figure this out... I got a letter in the mail from credit union about 2 missed payment that has now been put on my credit and Ive attempted to get this fixed with dealer multiple times and I get no help. I asked for a letter admitting fault so I can send to credit bureau and get this cleared off My credit not to mention I had to pay an additional 1400$ in late fees and such to finally get the car payed off ..... Manager since then has been promoted and told me in txt he no longer has time to deal with this problem and since passed me off to the nem manager who I cant even get to text me back...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.... COST ME 1400$ and 100 Points on my credit ....... More
