2 Cars in 2 Hours! Russ Andrews and Mark Fine are amazing. I was able to walk in with my 2015 Santa Fe and in 2 hours drive away with my 2018 Santa Fe and Russ was follo Russ Andrews and Mark Fine are amazing. A Relaxing Car Purchase I had gotten a job offer down in Miami which meant I had to get a more MPG on my next Car, so I decided on an Elantra. My Tacoma, which I had purchas I had gotten a job offer down in Miami which meant I had to get a more MPG on my next Car, so I decided on an Elantra. My Tacoma, which I had purchased in Feb wasn't going to give me that. Jean in the Used Car Dept, was very helpful and I had picked out a 2016. In my Return to get the 2016, I found it to be sold, due to me not leaving a Deposit. Lesson learned. Now I was standing in the Lot not wanting to go through that search all over again. With the support of my Brother in law, He introduced me to Russ Andrews, who had sold him a Sonata a Month before. Nervous and very Frustrated as I was, Russ listened to my hardship with the 2016, and of my Bad Financing experience with my 2013 Tacoma, which I used as a Trade in for my newly purchased 2018 Elantra. Russ had really taken my disappointment to heart, he listened to my wants and Pulled up with a new car just off the Delivery Truck. The plastic was still on the seats, As satisfied as I was, Now I had to go through my trade in appraisal which Bob helped me with, and Shawn talking me through the Financing of my new car really helped set my mind at ease. More
