Excellent Service I had an excellent experience leasing my 2018 Elantra. Russ Andrews was friendly, courteous and not intimidating at all. I never felt rushed to make a decision and he let me go for a nice long test drive. He took the time to explain the features of this car and help set up the radio preset, bluetooth, etc. Mark Fine also was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease during the financial portion of the deal. These 2 guys made my day and if I could give them each ten stars, I would! More

Arthur was very knowledgeable & upbeat Arthur is great. He told me so many things about the vehicle that I wasnt aware of yet that I didnt see online. I was debating on whether to get an Arthur is great. He told me so many things about the vehicle that I wasnt aware of yet that I didnt see online. I was debating on whether to get an Elantra Limited or a Sonata. I have always had Toyota's- Camrys and Corollas- but they had less features and cost more. I realized through my visit that I could still have luxury features in a smaller car, & be economical and save on gas too. Theres power leather power seats, adjustable steering wheel, & it drives & handles bumps well. Also theres 3 speeds- economy, regular and sport. So you can change the feel of the ride with your mood. Theres plenty of space, and the computerized dashboard/radio does so many things-Maps- GPS, Sirius Radio for 3 mo's, 3 yrs of Bluelink etc. Theres an onscreen diagnostic and it tells you where the nearest best priced gas station is and can dial out with a verbal command. Then theres the lighted keyless door button, self opening trunk, and the longer warranty. The safety features- having the blindspot prevention feature on both sides is great. I eventually bought the Elantra Limited in Silver with gray leather seating. The car I wanted wasnt on the lot (this one had black interior) but within an hour or so they found one locally. I was loaned the car on the lot after purchasing and got my car the next day. I visited another dealership twice and one salesman said you arent ready and it came off as if I was wasting his time. The second salesman didnt tell me much about the cars features at all. Even though Arthur was new he was a much better saleman than the both I previously had. He said he truly en drjoys what he does and it shows. This is why I bought the car from him not the other dealership. Its the same product, but it was really shown how it would fit me personally, and he gained my trust. More
