We love our Subaru and Russ was fantastic however the clerk who did the paperwork was less than desirable. Instead of a walk us through our options and explaining our loan rate and fees and how they coul clerk who did the paperwork was less than desirable. We left happy with our purchase but realized later that our taxes and the dealer doc fees were included in our loan which is something we would have paid for and not financed. More
