My Salesperson-Diane Asher Ms. Diane Asher exhibited superior product knowledge throughout the transaction. She made my wife and me feel at ease and never pressured us in any w Ms. Diane Asher exhibited superior product knowledge throughout the transaction. She made my wife and me feel at ease and never pressured us in any way. She spent a great deal of time learning about us and what we expected in a vehicle. Ms. Asher covered completely what was available in our price range and followed that up by showing us each vehicle and accompanying us on test drives. She pointed out the features on the vehicles that we drove. When we made our selection, Mr. Asher made the rest of the process easy. We completed the paperwork necessary and left with our new vehicle the same day. Before we left, Mr. Asher sat in the car with us for about 30 minutes making sure we understood the features. She has called us several times since the purchase to make sure that we are satisfied with our purchase. Each time I come into the dealership for service such as oil changes, Ms Asher makes sure to welcome me. She remembers my name and asks about my family. In summary, Diane Asher has sold me 2 cars in less than one year and I recommend her to all of my friends. More
