Cody is awesome! I stopped in to Contemporary late one evening having seen that it was a new location with lots of inventory. I also liked that they are not afraid to advertise their best prices online. I got to know Cody as I visited with him several times and the manager Russ is a great guy. Cody is super knowledgeable about the vehicles as I picked his brain during my visits and several emails/texts. We test drove several of the Challengers and keeping up with the models and options is no small task. Cody was very patient with me even though he knew I was just in the information gathering phase. We continue to stay in touch which is something I never do with other dealerships. Almost lost it all STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! I came in looking at a few different Jeeps and was met on the lot by a salesman. I was only there to look, as I was a few months STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! I came in looking at a few different Jeeps and was met on the lot by a salesman. I was only there to look, as I was a few months out from buying. I was told I needed to come inside and give them some information before I could get the information I was requesting. I wanted to know what my payments would be so I would be well informed for when I was ready to pull the trigger. I ended up going with another dealer that had more inventory. A few months down the road I found out my personal information (Social Security Number) was not handled responsibly by Contemporary. I was informed they left my information laying around and someone used it to fraudulently open up a credit card in my name. I have been dealing with the fallout of this for months now and my credit has taken a major hit. I want everyone to be aware of the business practices of this dealership. I do not want anyone else going through what I did as a result of Contemporary's mishandling of MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. I contacted the dealership several times and they will not help me, although the General Manager Russell Coutu who is supposed to be responsible for the actions of his employees admitted to me they were in the wrong. I have lost all trust in the car buying process because of this and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. More

Great Service-Fast and Efficient I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 C that I purchased with the certified used warranty. Driving down unpaved roads to work-I destroyed two of my tires which caused my alignment to become unbalanced. I spoke with Russ who was very understanding and got me in and out of the dealership in the same day. Max Thorp helped me with scheduling my service appointment. Mark Cheever and Derek Eastman seemed to genuinely care about my issues which is very rare to find in the automotive industry now a days. This was my first time getting service done at their new facility and it is a major upgrade-I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. "Very Enjoyable and Old Fashioned Style Vehicle Purchase!" I was interested in trading my Chevy 2013 Silverado HD2500 and purchase a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, in anticipation of a planned move in early 201 I was interested in trading my Chevy 2013 Silverado HD2500 and purchase a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, in anticipation of a planned move in early 2018. I had some spare time and made an impromptu visit to Contemporary Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Milford, NH. I initially discussed my plans with Keith Fogerty and asked if he had some time to spend to introduce me to the Jeep Wrangler Series vehicle(s). Keith was "all in" and was thrilled at the opportunity to assist with the entire vehicle trade in to new purchase. Assisting in my trade in/ purchase journey were Brian Young; Mark Cheever; and most importantly Russell Coutu. Tire warranty run around A little over a year ago we purchased a used Ford Ranger. Very nice truck. We told them that we could do a payment around $250.00 we ended up with a p A little over a year ago we purchased a used Ford Ranger. Very nice truck. We told them that we could do a payment around $250.00 we ended up with a payment of $453.00. Big difference and that was the best they could do. We needed the truck so we purchased it. We purchased the tire warranty for $2000.00. The next few days we had to purchase a spare tire and tried to use the warranty. They told my husband that he didn't follow procedure and wouldn't reimburse him for the tire. He has talked to several people in service ( Mike ) and was told that it was taken care of and would receive a reimbursement check in the mail. Well, it's been over a year now and still no check. My husband has talked to the GM and the service manager more than 20 times each time being told to give it a week. Finally the GM told my husband that he won't write out a check and the service manager say's that he will send a check by Friday. It's been over 12 months and my husband is still getting the run around. xxx people DO what you say you will do and stop xxxxxxx my husband around. By the way my husband is disabled and can not drive because he's blind. I feel that Contemporary is taking advantage of him and it's not right. If he could see to drive you bet he would drive over there and get his check. We will never use this dealership again, ever! You should have kept Medlyns Motors as your dealer instead of Contemporary. At least Medlyns knew how to treat his customers. More
