I did not purchase a car with this dealership and keep receiving communication after verbally notifying the dealer this was an error. I guess they don’t verify they are working the correct file for client receiving communication after verbally notifying the dealer this was an error. I guess they don’t verify they are working the correct file for clients in the showroom. Sales staff may need some CRM/lead management training. More
