Only thing I’d change - I don’t know their margins, but wish it didn’t have to be the cliche “let me check with manager” back and forth. I initially offered 3% below stated asking to get the deal done on the spot, which just started the 30 min negotiation process. That said, I have his business card and I’ll go back to him. More
