Russell is our salesman. Russell is upfront, kind, and friendly. I appreciate his enthusiasm and cheerful attitude about the vehicles. We had been shopping for several weeks looking for my daughter an suv. Russell’s open remark to me was that the vehicles on the lot are buybacks from the manufacture. Hence the lower prices. I also learned that certain states like California have ridiculous buyback laws. Ours had a faulty lane departure camera/sensor. The 2019 BMW X1 with 1900 miles was like new with full warranty from the manufacture. I feel like I bought a new vehicle at below retail value. I could have easily spent 5k more on a similar vehicle with a clean title but it wasn’t worth it to me. In summary, car buying is about assessing the product and making a decision. I’m glad Russell was able to help answer questions and provide documents that are important to making a decision. Ask for Russell when you go into the dealership. Good guy. More
