Fantastic, No BS Experience...Highly Recommend...Go! Met Derrick and he immediately told me the details on the Armada Platinum I wanted to see. Once he set me up for a test drive, Russell rode with me a Met Derrick and he immediately told me the details on the Armada Platinum I wanted to see. Once he set me up for a test drive, Russell rode with me and helped address my questions. Both worked with me to close the financing I arranged and was on the road with my car on my schedule. Immediately drove to Orlando for a convention over a long weekend trip and just returned. No issues whatsoever. I seriously recommend including a visit to this dealership. Rich was awesome with the final touches questions and paperwork once I got there. I discovered a broken piece on the window after I left on the vehicle and Rich and Arian are working on that now. Arian also saved me some extra money with suggesting using the USAA car buying program which he patiently walked me through with USAA on the phone. Great dealer great team.. will definitely buy there again if im ever in the market for another vehicle. Thx! More
