Edit: When we got home, there was thick white clouds emitting from the exhaust. They charged us $190/hour to fix it. They did provide a 15% discount, and did not charge me to diagnose the problem, but I am convinced the problem (a cracked turbo) was present when I bought the car. Russ was dismissive and rude when I asked about finding a fair solution. Then they told me the part was in, so I drove my car an hour there and dropped it off, bit the part wasn't there, and didn't arrive until late in the day. I had to leave it there over the weekend and finally got it back, and it is still emotting white smoke from the exhaust after spending an extra $1,000 to fix this car. They also spelled my name wrong on the title, and had the wrong address on the title. I complained to the owner and he gave me an extra $150 off, which is less than an hour of labor. I no longer recommend this place at all. An easy no pressure purchase turned into an expensive headache and the customer service was atrocious. More
