Yalcars gave me a deal on a good car. I found it online, contacted the dealership and we made an appointment same day for me to look at it. Very quick and easy process. She didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want as well as she didn't beat around the bush. She was upfront and honest, and when I had questions about stuff she was quick to help me figure it out and/or give me an answer. I pushed off doing this interview because I thought I may have issues with the vehicle as well as I wanted time in it to give a fair and honest review. I took it to a dealership and everything was golden. To explain, I did some work on it and noticed some things but the dealership said everything was in good working order. It is a great car and I've had no issues since and I'm very happy with the car I got from Yalcars! Sorry Carol and everyone at the dealership that this took so long. I told you I'd give you a review and here we are! If you're looking for a trustworthy dealership that isn't gonna sell you lemons or be shady, Yalcars in Austintown is the place to go!
