Russell LaFrance is the best sales rep I have ever worked with. He didn't try to sell me some loaded up car that they had on the lot for months but ask me what I really wanted down to the spicific options an with. He didn't try to sell me some loaded up car that they had on the lot for months but ask me what I really wanted down to the spicific options and accessorys and went out and found that car scheduled in to their dealership and deleted all of those extras that I really didn't want. They sold me the car at MSRP and gave me Kelley Blue book for my trade. You just don't find that kind of effort and service at 95% of the sales reps and dealers. It wes truly refreshing and a pleasure doing business with him and this dealership. More

Four Stars Toyota and our Salesman Russell LaFrance were extremely personable and professional. We don’t live in Altus so most of the business was handled over the phone with Russell and he was very helpful extremely personable and professional.
