Russell went far above what I’ve seen any other salesman do. I’m in California and was looking for a specific Avalon, which I could not find CA anywhere. I mistakenly contacted Russell via the internet, but it turned out to be the best mistake I’ve made in a long time! He reached out, and I explained I was in California and I was sorry I wasted his time. He mentioned that they have sold to out of state customers in the past, and said he would look for the car I wanted. I honestly thought I wouldn’t hear back from him. Less then an hour later, he contacted me with the news that he had found one! He was very professional and went out of his way to provide me pictures of the car, and was extremely patient with all my endless questions via text messages and phone calls. Gary Deeb in Finance was also extremely helpful in securing financing for me. I think purchasing this car out of state went smoother than any dealership I’ve dealt with in California. I would 100% recommend Russell and Four Stars Toyota! More
