Salesman, Russell LaFrance, was generous with his time and always responded to my inquiries within minutes. He helped me throughout the buying process over the phone, as I live several hours away from the dealership. He was able to deliver my car to my house (with a full tank of gas) and I signed my paperwork in the comfort of my own home. Shane Fulton, in finance, was honest about the rates available to me and did not try to force me into any unwise financial decisions. His numbers matched the paperwork that I signed and he even was willing to send me all financial paperwork via email before signing. Even after the sale, my minor concerns have been addressed appropriately and their commitment to retain my business in the future is commendable.
