So here's my detailed review about my recent experience at Four stars toyota. I've been trying to get a highlander for my sister for few weeks now. I came across a low price on internet by four stars Toyota. Thought it'll be a bait-and-switch. However, when i called, Russell - their salesperson, he told me that the vehicle was available. He offered me a very competitive price on the vehicle - the exact same price that i saw on internet. I drove 3.5 hours from dallas to Four stars toyota.The price was exactly the same price that they promised me. Unlike some dealerships in dallas, there were No hidden charges or any unnecessary made-up packages.. I really appreciate the honesty. It's rare in the car buying process nowadays. When we went to finance the car, we wanted to process the loan through our credit union but - Gary in finance - said he wanted to see if he could beat the score. So we gave him the info and he came back with an interest rate, that was lower than our credit union's rate. Who doesn't like lower interest rates? :) He also offered the extended warranty for a great discounted price. Even though it's a Toyota car, since it's loaded with thousands of electronic parts, i decided to take that extended warranty for the peace of mind for next 7 years. Overall, this dealership is setting a benchmark for the car shopping experience. I hope they'll continue to offer great deals on cars, so people like me will go here, even from other states. Some dealerships in dallas needs to learn their business model with honesty and transparency. I'm Looking forward to the next opportunity to buy a Toyota from them! More
