The oil change and tire rotation was completed while I waited. They perform the work quickly with my complete confidence. The people at the Service desk always make me feel like a valued customer. Joey Buonantuon was the person who helped me on this day, and he found me in the dealership to provide an update. I appreciate not being texted or prompted by a loud speaker but rather someone simply coming to talk to me. The professionalism in the service department makes ownership of a Jeep a pleasant experience. More

I’m glad to hear that someone had a positive purchase experience at Rainbow Chrysler Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep LLC. I hope you NEVER require any type of repair service from them. Buyer BEWARE! The serv experience at Rainbow Chrysler Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep LLC. I hope you NEVER require any type of repair service from them. Buyer BEWARE! The service department charged $200 (reasonable fee) to perform a diagnostic check related to a check engine light. The vehicle was diagnosed and the service department required the extremely expensive repair part to be pre purchased (several thousands of dollars) by the customer and the customer was told that it would take 1-2 days to get the part delivered and the repair would take another couple of days. The dealership NEVER reached out to the customer to provide an update . After 4 days the customer contacted the dealership to get an update on the repair. The customer was then told that the part was going to take 45+ days for delivery and no refund was offered. This meant that the customer would be without a vehicle for over a month. The dealership NEVER offered a loaner vehicle until after the customer made a request. Then the dealership offered a ridiculous loaner option compared to the level of vehicle that needed to be repaired. The customer had lost faith in Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep LLC at this point and requested a refund and the keys to the vehicle. Initially the customer was told the refund of (several thousands of dollars) would not be possible. After much discussion, A partial refund was completed and 2 days later the remainder of the money was refunded, minus $200 diagnostic fee, oh and I forgot to mention the dealership also charged the customer for a new battery that was NEVER installed ($400). The customer informed the dealership that a new battery replacement had not been authorized by the customer and requested that the $400 battery be removed. Well, as it turns out a new battery was never installed and the dealership was kind enough to remove the battery that was never actually installed and provide a refund of $400 for imaginary battery replacement. The vehicle was driven to another automotive dealership and a simple repair was completed and a new battery was installed at the dealership where the repair was performed for a total cost of $300. The check engine light diagnosis done by Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep LLC was misdiagnosed and the problem was a simple fix that was completed by a skilled mechanic/technician at the second dealership that the vehicle was brought to. I beg you to BEWARE of Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep LLC dealership and to consider all of your options for vehicle purchases and repairs before setting yourself up with this type of poor, negligent, pitiful customer service. More

Our service manager was very helpful and kept me updated. I was not happy that I had to bring the truck back for yet another sensor and pay another $100 deductible because the warranty company only allowed I was not happy that I had to bring the truck back for yet another sensor and pay another $100 deductible because the warranty company only allowed them to change out the “bad” sensors. That does NOT make us want to buy another Dodge. The dealership does need to fix the A/C; it gets so hot in the waiting area. Or maybe put some fans out. I DID appreciate the shuttle driver asking us if we knew about the coffee/water station. I was concerned about the truck that was being worked IN the indoor display area- should customers waiting for their vehicles be subjected to the noise and exhaust? More

I wanted to give you 2 stars but describing the service as "fair" didn't seem right. I paid for an alignment but they weren't able to give me the alignment. I wouldn't describe the services as "fair" Good people working there, but they must be afraid to do the right thing by not charging for services not fulfilled. Maybe it's bad management? More

I brought vehicle in with service transmission message. I am still getting the message.
