I was contacted that my car was finished. I went to pick it up up on my lunch break. First thing I noticed was the low tire pressure light was still on. At first it was suggested that I just take the car as is since the tires were full. I pointed out that this was one of the reasons I brought it in for. Then they took it back to the shop and three hours later, I noticed it parked outside. I asked what the delay was. The advisor indicated that the service manager was checking. Then they brought my car to the overhang and said "all fixed". I never heard from the service manager even after I left a voice mail. Just thought someone should know I was disappointed. More
