My wife and I were pleased with your salesman for Lynn Layton Ford Pre-Owned vehicles, Rusty. Rusty, from the beginning, was able to get us on the correct track, as we were on the wrong Lot. After c Layton Ford Pre-Owned vehicles, Rusty. Rusty, from the beginning, was able to get us on the correct track, as we were on the wrong Lot. After correcting that situation, Rusty was able to show us over a half dozen Pre-Owned trucks during our visit. He was knowledgeable about each of the trucks he showed us and was able to provide the specifics on the trucks and personal experience of driving the vehicles. We decided to test drive the truck that we purchased and he provided additional information regarding the vehicle and the financial aspects of a potential purchase. Rusty was very personable and established a level of trust during our interaction that resulted in our purchasing the Pre-Owned truck after a couple of ours. More

Kerry Jones was our salesman, very helpful, answered any questions we had. Kerry understood our budget and had offered to show us other vehicles. They weren’t pushy about trying to sell us a vehicle. They l questions we had. Kerry understood our budget and had offered to show us other vehicles. They weren’t pushy about trying to sell us a vehicle. They let us test drive a bronco 3 times in 3 separate visits and didn’t act like we were wasting their time. They were very patient and put our needs over making a sale. This was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. They treat you with respect and go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your car buying experience while being straight forward with you. More

I appreciate how thorough Rusty was in showing my sister and myself how the different systems worked. We kept a couple employees past closing time and they were very nice about it. 1. One item I was disappointed with was the time it took to get to the trade-in. Though the use of a Z-plan on my previous car, the title was put in my Mother's name (85 years old). I brought her along to to get to the trade-in. Though the use of a Z-plan on my previous car, the title was put in my Mother's name (85 years old). I brought her along to sign the title to do the trade in. I mentioned this to the staff first thing hoping she could sign it first thing and she could go home, however, she ended up waiting over an hour and half before they came to get her signature. The price for the trade in was determined very early in the process and they could have gotten her to sign the title within the first 10 minutes and be done with it. 2. The trade in value for my car was decided in the back ground without any input from me. I had 7 bullet points to increase the value, but I did not get a chance to mention any of them. More
