Went in after having gone to several dealerships looking for a Tacoma just to see what the new price versus a used price would be and let me tell you, these suckers hold their value. Decided it was worth it to get a new one instead of a recent model used one considering how dependable of a truck the Tacoma is. And I am very happy with my choice. Ry'n and Pablo were excellent guys to work with and listened to what I needed and answered my questions in a straight line fashion. Ry'n showed us the truck that we were interested in and we feel that we were given a good deal on the vehicle. After a very bad experience shopping at one of the Tucson Toyota Dealerships, we were very pleased with the folks at Sierra Vista Toyota. Ross Leffelman, the sales manager was easy to deal with and very professional. Brian Moldenhauer, the financial manager made things simple for us and the president of the dealership, Elsie MacMillan, came out and congratulated us on our new truck. Very nice touch. I initially spoke with Ryn about my credit situation and possibilities of finance. Ryn was great and provided a lot of information. A manager came out to inspect my vehicle and gave a very wrong impression. He upset me so much that I left the dealership without wanting to return. Ryn contacted me after I left and was able to regain my business. I have to say that he went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and wants. I was able to purchase the EXACT vehicle that I wanted because of his research in searching other dealerships. He was extremely patient with me despite my anxiety. The only thing that I would have wanted differently from your dealership, is a friendlier, more approachable finance manager. More

He does the research for you, looks out for you, he is very honest, direct (he will not sugar coat a deal, the car, or anything else for that matter) and NO PRESSURE. He lets you take your time, doesn't bother him one bit if you test drive 12 cars on the lot and take 2 months to decide. I've made mistakes before I found this guy; right down the street even. At Sierra Toyota I felt at ease and the whole process was simple because Ry'n was very knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to making my deal perfect for my needs and wants .
