My passion about cars was drawn out by my grandfather. He would bring me to the local dealership while getting his oil changed. I remember quietly walking through the showroom, staring at the shiniest, newest models, hoping that someone would let me, 6 at the time, drive one. No one did (probably for the better). I started in the automotive industry in 2006. I was excited about meeting new people every day while walking along the rows. I quickly understood that listening to what others are saying is paramount, and quickly moved into management. After a few life changes, I ended up here, at Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram VW of Janesville. I feel like it's home. Everybody was great. Everybody stepped up to cover for my salesman. No fought of his own. Just waited to long to get in with finance to finish up everything. Patrick and Ryan were wonderful! They took the time to go over many different trucks, options, and financing with us. In the end, I traded in my Jeep and bought a beautiful truck the I love! Jeep was repaired. Behind from the day prior sent the jeep in at 7:50 received call at 11:00. 2 hour labor quote. Jeep was not done until 4:30 pm. I get it l, you are probably short staffed but at least jeep in at 7:50 received call at 11:00. 2 hour labor quote. Jeep was not done until 4:30 pm. I get it l, you are probably short staffed but at least be up front about possibilities of the job being done later. Very inconvenient to not have access to a vehicle longer than expected. Jeep works well and I’m satisfied with its mechanical services. More

Rocio was friendly, positive, and helpful from the very beginning. She found out the type of vehicle I was interested in, showed me that vehicle, and then showed me a vehicle that met all my needs but I h beginning. I fell in love with the Jeep she suggested. I told her I really wanted a certain color for my Jeep and she said,” What if I told you we have that color out back?” I was sold! Ryan is very knowledgeable with details concerning the car/truck one is buying.
