Paid $822 to service our 2018 Honda Odyssey. They came out to pick up the car & dropped it back off during COVID-19 which was a nice option that they advertised thru email although they wanted to charge m out to pick up the car & dropped it back off during COVID-19 which was a nice option that they advertised thru email although they wanted to charge me $25 for picking up the vehicle because I was 16 miles away. Mildly friendly. Work was performed on the vehicle and upon being dropped off, AC system had an abnormal loud noise & HomeLink garage door opener from mirror was no longer working . Car was dropped back off dirty after servicing, not washed or vacuumed just how it was dropped off. I texted my service rep Ryan & he corrected all 3 items by coming back out & repairing the AC noise, he offered to take the car back (which they did) & wash/vacuum it & they gave me a credit of $58 towards my next service bill for having to call out a garage door opener guy to come out to my home to program my Honda to my garage door once again. Overall Ryan took care of the issues that we had after having vehicle serviced there and paying $822 to have normal 30k mile normal maintenance performed there. More

great staff and great service, always very professional and friendly. Had a mix up with who was servicing my car (made the appointment same day as service and was told Skylar would be taking care of me, an and friendly. Had a mix up with who was servicing my car (made the appointment same day as service and was told Skylar would be taking care of me, and then was told Skylar doesn’t work there any more haha) nonetheless I was taken care of and satisfied with the results. Even the plastic protectors on my seat and steering wheel! thumbs up! 10/10 More

Excellent Experience Brought my son's Acura TSX in for an alignment originally. Ryan was very helpful with other issues that came about. Lug was broke off by tire compan Brought my son's Acura TSX in for an alignment originally. Ryan was very helpful with other issues that came about. Lug was broke off by tire company when getting new tires the previous day and Brandon Honda was able to add the repair to the list and get the job done in a decent amount of time. Really like the option to receive appointment confirmation and repair information via texting. More

Wonderful Service Experience From the service reminders to the actual service, everything works well. The regular service I just had was like the first, quick in first thing Saturday morning and it was done in less than an hour. The wait area with the bistro is comfortable and quiet - no need to go home and come back. Ryan Broome is my service provider and both knowledgeable and efficient. Everything is great. More
