I came in to Brandon Honda to receive an oil change and was assisted by Ryan Broome. He informed me that they were currently offering 25% off service for Black Friday. He laid out all the services they wer was assisted by Ryan Broome. He informed me that they were currently offering 25% off service for Black Friday. He laid out all the services they were recommending for my vehicle and took the time to explain each one and why they were needed. Never did I feel pressured at all and at the end I was able to make my own decision. He also gave me the out-the-door price up front so there was never any surprise fee when it came time to pay. Part of my services received was new tires, and when I got home I noticed green residue on them and the car wasn’t washed. After contacting Ryan the next day, he offered free detailing. I was 100% satisfied with the way I was treated and my over all experience. This is by far the best dealer service I’ve ever had, and the only one I trust with both my and my husband’s vehicles. More
