But as per the advisor, the tyre wasn't repairable. More

Outstanding service!! We had our car towed to the shop because it wouldn’t start. The customer service was nice and reassuring about our car. We thought the starter was bad but it wasn’t, the next day because it wouldn’t start. The customer service was nice and reassuring about our car. Advisor exceeded expectations Even though the advisor, Ryan Broome exceeded my expectations of customer service. I walked away feeling less confident in whether I wanted to continu Even though the advisor, Ryan Broome exceeded my expectations of customer service. I walked away feeling less confident in whether I wanted to continue doing business with that particular dealership or not. I originally went in for an oil change, in which I had a coupon for which made me super excited that I was saving money. After it was said and done at 45.00 dollar oil change turned into 189.62. I was promised a complimentary car wash with the service I received. Needless to say I did not receive the carwash I was promised, but was also highly offended when approached by one of the valet employees who proceeded to tell me that I was not the owner of my own vehicle. I was a first time customer who was recommended by my brother who said they had great service and that I should take my vehicle to brandon honda. I am disappointed at the fact that I spent more than intended and was only offered a detail car wash for all my trouble. I do not believe that overall the brandon honda is a terrible place, but I do believe that some adjustments can be made. I believe that if your going to upsell customers on extra service that they may need, especially if not attended the company should at least try and provide a good discount to counteract pricey service Bill's. Possibly willing to give a second chance More
