Had oil change, and got new tires with alignment. The overall experience was pleasant. Work was done in a timely manner with shorter wait time than I was estimated. Staff was courteous and friendly. It is unfortunate that the Covid-19 pandemic limited the seating in the waiting room, but certainly not the fault of the dealership or staff. More

Great service! Great service but the Radio/Info center on my Honda Pilot 2019 still fail as soon as I left the service shop. This is a well know problem for Honda an Great service but the Radio/Info center on my Honda Pilot 2019 still fail as soon as I left the service shop. This is a well know problem for Honda and they still sale this car as nothing is wrong. I bought Honda cars since 1990 but this is the last car I will be buying from Honda. My trust in the company is gone. Honda owners will appreciate an honest representative that tell us the thru nature of this problem. Why Honda does not release an upgraded software release or a new Radio/Info center is these units are all defective? More
