The day our HR-V came in, Ricky and the service department worked to get the vehicle ready and we were picking it up that night. Austin made the paperwork process go very smoothly. With our purchase completed, Ricky explained some features on our new Honda, answered our questions and off we went with our new vehicle and a smile on our faces. Potential buyers, be aware that the finance department will try to scam you. I agreed to purchase my vehicle with an OTD price (with signature). Yet, once I received my vehicle’s loan information from the bank, they still applied unnecessary policies to my total price, jacking the cost tremendously. I have requested refunds, which I have yet to receive. I have never had this issue with purchasing a car, and I will not recommend this scamming dealership to anyone. They are truly despicable. I have spoken to the manager and the financial department numerous times, and this is still an ongoing issue. More
