My wife and I found the car buying process at Regal Honda to be a bit archaic and outdated. When we walked it it wasn’t depressing like the other dealerships we had been too. Everyone was welcoming but not jumping down our neck. I hate the “vultures” at dealerships and that alone will make me d dealerships we had been too. Everyone was welcoming but not jumping down our neck. I hate the “vultures” at dealerships and that alone will make me decide to not buy a car. I get the business I just don’t like it. Well when we got to the used car lot we didn’t experience that. It’s was definitely a lot more pleasant and not intimidations We also already had a appointment so they were quick to find him. Justus was a down to earth great guy. We told him what we wanted/needed and what we planned on doing. Never tried to talk us out of what we told him or into something we couldn’t afford. Definitely a HUGE plus for me and probably one of the reasons we walked out with a car the same day. More
