Holly, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that your overall experience was mostly positive, but we’re disappointed that the cleanliness of the vehicle fell short of your expectations. We take pride in delivering vehicles that are clean and ready for our customers, and we’ll be addressing this with our team. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.
