I went to Bill Ray Nissan for a check engine light check. I go there regularly for my maintenance and the service is always a 10/10. My advisor Robert is the greatest. He was so efficient and kind. Brought the vehicle in for a recall service. The multi-point inspection showed my horn working. After the technician dismantled my steering wheeling to look at recall bar code, then put it bac The multi-point inspection showed my horn working. After the technician dismantled my steering wheeling to look at recall bar code, then put it back together. Now my horn doesn't work and they want to charge me $190 just to diagnose the problem!!!! Should have brought into the dealership for recall, horn would still be working. More
