Ryan is not at all the stereotypical "car salesman" personality that everyone expects to push customers for a scam... he is kind, honest, apologetic, friendly, gentle, uncalculating, innocent, likable, and best of all: NEITHER DEFENSIVE NOR OFFENSIVE. Whenever I threw up my guard because of a suspicious component of the offer, he would immediately look me in the eyes with sincerity, accepting responsibility for finding the answers to my questions and putting me at ease. He never pretended to have answers he didn't know; he researched them immediately because he is honest and humble. He also didn't put on that high-pressure act that makes customers feel panicked as they make this critical decision... his presence was calming and trustworthy. THAT is who I want my salesman to be. He confused me at first because he did not fit my mental mold of what a car salesman should be - but he turned out to be so much better than my expectations, and quite outperformed the kindness of all the others I encountered at this dealership. More
