My recent experience with Ralph's sellers service department was horrible. I brought my vehical in to get it checked out. They took my vehical in supposedly checked my vehical out. Before they fixed department was horrible. I brought my vehical in to get it checked out. They took my vehical in supposedly checked my vehical out. Before they fixed the issue they did not consult with me on how much the price was going to be. They just went on ahead and called themselves fixing the issue. I went picked my vehical up drove it home the very next day the same issue that I took the vehical in for them to work on came back. So I took it back to them and explained that the issue is back so they did not fix it. Instead of them taking accountability the service representatives gave me the run around telling me I need to do this and do that which would of cost me more money. This is a brand new car so I should not have had to pay anything from the jump. Never again will I deal with The service department at Ralph's Seller in Baton Rouge LA More
