Not honest at all! Made an appointment to get vehicle looked at and arrived on time and told service advisor I would be waiting on vehicle. After about 2 hours I saw my Made an appointment to get vehicle looked at and arrived on time and told service advisor I would be waiting on vehicle. After about 2 hours I saw my vehicle sitting outside so I went to service advisor and was informed that vehicle was almost ready. Another hour passed by and vehicle had never moved so I went back to same service advisor and was told that it shouldn’t be too much longer. So I waited another hour and now I’m at 4 hours of waiting so I went back to same service advisor and told them this time that my vehicle had never moved and I just wanted to know why. He then told me that my appointment only assured that my vehicle would be looked at sometime that day and that the technician was backed up. I had the earliest appointment time for that day and saw many come and go after I got there. I had never heard of an appointment time in anything else meaning something so ridiculous as it will be seen sometime that day. So I asked for my keys and when I went to sign my paperwork the lady threw the pen down and said sign here with an attitude! Don’t believe me just watch your cameras!!! I will never ever come back to this dealership and will make it my mission in life to tell any and everybody about how this service department treated me!! More

I've been doing business with Harris / Sellers for many years. Sales and service with Harris was great. Sales with Sellers great. The service is sketchy at best.
