I show up on time for my appointment and then I am told you do not have the part which should have been ordered a week earlier when I made the appointment. You knew there was a recall on the vehicle at the you do not have the part which should have been ordered a week earlier when I made the appointment. You knew there was a recall on the vehicle at the time said appointment was scheduled. At said appointment I am told the part should be in by February 31st. February 31st does not exist. And...I will have to keep calling to check on said part's arrival. Very unprofessional at best! More
