I went to the dealership with a leaking tire. They told me they had one truck in front of me putting on two new tires and then they would get to mine about an hour later. They came and told me that the tire was repairable and they needed to get a new tire. I had the extended warranty coverage for that so they had to get approval for the tire, that took about 30 minutes. I told it took about four hours for me to get my tire put on just one tire. This is ridiculous. I know I did not have an appointment, but there was only one vehicle in front of me with two tires needing and it still took me four hours total to get my tires. More

Very rude service department.
