While it was wonderful working with Ryan D. One of the managers only was going to offer $500.00 on our trade in, after only opening the door and peeking inside. To offer 500$ is a slap in the face to any managers only was going to offer $500.00 on our trade in, after only opening the door and peeking inside. To offer 500$ is a slap in the face to any vehicle, when the book value is 6x as much. A more polite and respectful attitude would have been for him to have just said, "unfortunately, we cannot take the trade in." At that point we didn't even feel like continuing with the purchase. However Ryan was extremely professional and overall excellent. For that reason alone, I cannot say in goid faith that I would recommend this dealership, while there is such an inexperienced, disrespectful manager working there. More
