From the time my wife and I walked onto the lot, Mr Egan was polite and attentative to evey question we had and gave or got all the answers to them. Quote; Mr Reardon that is a good car at a fair price, but you do understand what my job is correct? Let me explain, I'm here to help you get the best car for you and one that you will like getting into every time you have to drive it. Also one that you will not be upset about every time you send in the payment. Let me show you another and see what you think! Not only did he get us in a better car but I also got a great deal, in fact it was so good that the Wife traded in her Escape and got one also! I can say I will not need to look for another salesman ever again. Mr Egan is it for us. Thank you again Ryan for all your help! More

Coming to Mike Castrucci Ford was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. My name is Veila Dirr. I am 75 years young. This was my first big purchase since the death of my husband. I was very nervous and afraid of being taken advantage of. Ryan was very patient and helped me into 5 different Ford cars. I finally settled on a Ford Focus and couldn't be happier. I doubt I will buy another car because of my age but I will definitely send my sons and neighbors to Castrucci. And I will send them to Ryan. The dealership was very good. We looked at a car at Colerain Ford and felt like we were being ripped off. So, we went to Mike Castrucci Ford and they treated us so much better.
