No games....No BS I started a chat with Vanessa Vasquez regarding a 2015 Ram 1500. She was very helpful and I scheduled to test drive the car the next morning on Sat I started a chat with Vanessa Vasquez regarding a 2015 Ram 1500. She was very helpful and I scheduled to test drive the car the next morning on Saturday. The drive was two hours so I was very concerned that there could be another "bait and switch" play (it happened to my on two other occasions with two other dealers in the past week). Vanessa took the time to verify that the truck was still available and we made an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, I asked for Vanessa and she had already arranged for me to meet with one of her colleagues Ryan Fernandez. Ryan was a true gentlemen and very easy to deal with. We negotiated a great deal and I gave him a deposit on the spot. When I asked if they could deliver the car the next day (which was Sunday AND Father's day), Ryan explained that they have sales reps on sunday but no business managers or financing people on site. I really didn't want to drive back to the dealership on a week night due to the distance so Ryan arranged for all the paperwork to be completed while I was there and I could pick up the car the next day. He also made sure the vehicle had mats and a second key! This is a very bust dealership and they are obviously doing a good job for their customers, but they never forget that their business is based on one customer at a time..... Pleasure to deal with and I would highly reccomend this dealership and especially Ryan Fernandez. More
